    Real Talk for Women was a powerful and unforgettable gathering where over 125 dynamic women came together to reclaim their health through honest conversations, shared wisdom, and mutual empowerment.

    The event offered a unique space to discuss what truly matters-health, community, purpose-and to connect across generations, sharing insights and life experiences that inspire growth and healing. From open discussions to spiritual reflections and collective prayers for our families, our city, and our leaders, the day was filled with meaning and intention. A day of empowerment, education, and well-being designed to help women prioritize their health, connect with like-minded individuals, and gain insights into nurture their holistic well-being.

    Guests enjoyed a vibrant mix-and-mingle lunch, followed by an  empowering session that was open to the public. These conversations weren’t just about wellness— they were about creating pathways for outreach, partnerships, education, and youth equity. Together, we explored our shared responsibility to nurture the minds and hearts of the next generation.
