Never the less, the dreadful and disheartening effects of the pandemic, police killings and the total disregard from the Trump administration towards Black, brown and poor people, we are not totally isolated to the consequences; believe it or not it will soon show results on all of us.
It is a very sad and disappointing day when Black people fail at an opportunity to make a difference in the political make-up of any given arena, especially when afforded the privilege to change it by voting and having your votes counted.
And to those politicians who made statements and promises and didn’t fulfill them, YOU KNOW.
I want to make something perfectly clear: there is life after politics.
To all the boys who played ball, ran track and did all the things that Curt Perkins did with Curt, you know, he was indeed a friend. God bless. May Curt hit as many home runs as he wants to. Rest In Peace our brother, our friend until we get a chance to play again.
The Apostle Paul stated that there are many things that, as humans, we can only partly understand (1Corinthians 13:12) Ezekiel saw a wheel in the middle of a wheel. No matter the sparkle, the beauty, the wonder, what it is is what it is.
As this political season gains more and more momentum, people are realizing just how serious local elections are. Not discounting the need to be conscious about the national leadership of this country, however, most importantly are our local elections.
So yes, I am an angry Black man. I have not just become an angry Black man I’ve been an angry Black man ever since I was I able to understand the wrongs and injustices that have been perpetrated upon people who look like me, from them with the hopes of the eradicating of a race.
That being, the spiritual connective void has created a gateway totally separating us from the thought and presence of the Holy Spirit.
