Lynn Whitfield visit South Florida on behalf of President Obama

Whitfield visited South Florida on behalf of President Obama’s campaign — Last weekend actress Lynn Whitfield visited South Florida on behalf of President Obama’s campaign as part of our 100 Days Out Weekend of Action. Across Florida, Obama campaign volunteers participated in a nationwide weekend of action as part of the “It Takes One” initiative, which asks everyone to take one action in support of the President to grow the campaign. The “It Takes One” Weekend of Action began the 100-day countdown to Election Day. From Panama City to Miami, volunteers talked to their neighbors about President Obama’s vision for an economy built to last, because they know how much is at stake. Actress Lynn Whitfield meets with Obama supporters and volunteers at Edna’s Soul Food Restaurant in Lauderhill on Saturday during the100 Days Out Weekend of Action. Whitfield’s visit was part of the campaign’s African Americans for Obama outreach.
