On Sunday, December 15, youth reporters/photographers of the Westside Gazette received plaques to commemorate their service to the community by writing for the Westside Gazette. The plaque was provided by Children’s Services Council of Broward County. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to write for the Westside Gazette. It has given me the opportunity to let my voice and opinions be heard. I have been writing for the Westside Gazette for almost a year now. In February, it will be a year.
