     Those things that I want to do which are right, i.e. exercise, proper diet and strengthen my relationship with God, peep at me from behind the walls of my mind as I struggle to complete each new day with that which I resolve to do.

What should be of concern to all of us is the lack of interest and hands-off approach County Commissioners have shown in ensuring upcoming elections are secure and their results have integrity. Their approach to these issues is especially troubling, considering the wide-scale hacking attempts discovered during and after the 2016 election (including at least two counties and key vendor located in Florida) and warnings from intelligence and security agencies, of continued cyber-attacks.

When one thinks of constipation, blockage comes to mind. Something causes the flow or passage of an item to a point severe obstruction that easily leads to destruction.

Just like you spray for roaches you got to pray for sin. As you keep food stuff from roaches, you got to keep away from temptation as you keep areas clean from roaches keep the corners of your mind clean by praying and studying and being mindful of what adds to the attracting of sin.

      To everyone who had anything to do with the success of Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Town Hall event. From the people who cleaned up the venue to the representatives of the National Newspaper Publishers Association,  to each panelist and program participant and every voice that reverberated in the halls and auditorium of African American Research Library and Cultural Center along with the prayers that cover the grounds for the success of this event.

   A lot of the people that I have contact with and can discuss concerns without the fear of being made to feel uncomfortable will only pray to ask for something or when they find themselves, friends or family members in the thick of unwanted situations. They also limit their sphere of prayers to a close knitted tight circle of people they know.

     Like the minister during the storm and Moses in his time and place of need, when we shout out our needs in anguish, He will bring us into His presence and hide us in His care.
