     No, I don’t know all the answers; however, if we searched for a deeper understanding guided by some wisdom asked for from an All Knowing God, I’m sure we can say with certainty, “This can be a New Year”.

     Every morning I awaken from what appears to be a reoccurring dream but with constant reminders from news media. I wonder if it is a dream at all.

However, what we can see and do is to concentrate on what is now.  What we have right now, that, such is right before us, right in our hands, right in our eyesight.

     As we prepare to  celebrate Thanksgiving, let’s be mindful of all the things we have to be thankful for and whether you want to believe it or not, they are  numerous. Just take this into consideration: your mind is functioning properly and the fact that you’re able to read this article  means you’re able to see and before you even began to read this article you were taking a breath so that means you’re alive and if you’re holding this newspaper that means you have hands

     My dear brothers and sisters who are not willing to get on the bus of convenience. God has given each one of us a role to play and it doesn’t matter if it’s a supporting role or a role to be out front. No matter what role it is God gave it to us. God doesn’t make any mistakes. Brothers and sisters, let’s play our role to the best of the abilities that God has given us, and if we do that it will work out just like it is supposed to.

Do not to get on the bus of police brutality. Do not to get on the bus of self-pity or self-hate. Don’t get on the bus or put somebody in office just because… and for goodness sake DO NOT GET ON THE BUS OF FEAR!!!
