The Haitian American Chamber of Commerce (HAAMCC) is proud to present internationally known folksinger, TiCorn, in concert with BélO on Saturday, March 7th 2020, at 7 p.m. The concert will be held at the NSU Art Museum 1 East Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale Fla., and tickets are at $30 and available at Eventbrite.
The initiative was called “Family Open House;” a campaign fronted by Cedric Walker, the owner of the Universoul Circus. His motive was to give back to the underprivileged communities across the country through fun performances, a spectacle of games, and food for the whole family. This effort is now in its fifth year, approximately, in every city in the United States with the organizations that help those families in need.
February 6, 2020 — The City of North Miami will celebrate Black History Month with a series of events throughout February that honor cultural trailblazers of the past, while recognizing their impact on the present. This year’s theme “We Count, Census 2020,” demonstrates North Miami’s commitment to making the diverse voices of its residents heard by encouraging participation in the 2020 Census count. The signature event is the 5th Annual NoMi Music Fest, a charity concert featuring Grammy Award Winning Headliner, CeeLo Green.
